American Gladiator Titan Breaks Competitors Leg
According to a news story on http://www.usatoday.com/, American Gladiator Titan (Mike O'Hearn) broke a competitors leg during taping.

Initial battles were so fierce that some competitors sustained injuries to force them off the show, says Titan (Mike O'Hearn, the lone holdover gladiator from the syndicated show's final two seasons and team captain of the current crew).
"This is real. Everybody's going 100%," says O'Hearn, a former bodybuilding champion. During taping, "I broke a guy's leg."
With this kind of intensity and action in store, I for one can't wait until the debut episode this Sunday!
American Gladiators debuts Sunday January 6th, 2008 on NBC.

Yeah, breaking some poor guy's leg is something to be proud of. What a prick that Titan is.
COMPETITIVE SPORT!! Breaking someone is the most definitive way to win. Let's just root for this guy to heal up and come back next year.

Mike (Titan didnt do it on purpose and he got the crowd to get behind the guy after it happened. he is a goo guy nota prick like everyone thinks. hes just stating that it is 100% real!!!
I don't think Titan purposely broke the guy's leg. Whether he is on steroids or not is questionable, but he seems like a good guy - rather than break competitors down, he seems to encourage them...
